- Unique Capabilities & Finishing
UV Flexo & Flexo
Our UV Flexo & Flexo technologies provide a superior print quality in comparison to conventional flexographic printing. Inks are cured via ultra violet rays on top of the print surface, instead of absorbing into the substrate. The appearance and look is very similar to UV screen print inks in opacity, durability and abrasion resistance.
To appreciate the excellence of UV Flexo it is necessary to examine print samples. Printing on stocks other than traditional papers such as films, vinyls and foils can be greatly enhanced.
Close registration is obtained with state of the art tension controls and digital registration equipment. Other capabilities include liner printing; laminating; finishing in rolls, sheets or fanfold; film, vinyl and paper converting and in line video registration systems.
This printing process can be setup quickly, which further supports our ability to price competitively. We can also run water base inks using conventional drying to produce labels in which laminations are required for scuff resistance and durability.
UV Web Offset
This process enables very fine line screens and registrations producing 100% screen gradation with no dot drop-out to 0%. This is virtually impossible to do with any other label printing process.
Printing UV offset on rotary wine labels is a unique capability. This allows our wineries to showcase their brands with superior quality of offset, yet still be able to automatically apply or dispense the labels. Our UV offset press produces graphics and colors that resemble photographs. All of the inks are UV cured and these labels represent the ultimate in graphic reproduction.
Letterpress
Letterpress printing has a smooth lay-down of ink. Lamination enhances this smooth lay-down and provides additional durability. Letterpress printing is a specialty process that can create special designs and requiring very fine legibility and graphics.
Blending letterpress capabilities with our other press technologies offers designers unique opportunities to excel. We can easily transfer label runs from press to press because of our digital registration process and equipment.
Screenprint
Screen-printing is the process of choice for many diverse wine label designs. Not only can these labels withstand harsh environmental conditions such as heat, cold and prolonged exposure to sunlight, but they offer many unique design features like the “wet-look.”
Screen-printing’s high opacity inks make this process ideal to achieve "no label" look on clear film label stocks. These qualities are especially important for maintaining brand excellence with your wine labels.

Tactile Ink Printing
This exciting new process creates ‘raised ink’ printing with a very high resolution and font detail. We can create unique stand alone labels that can also enhance existing label designs.
Because it is a UV process it requires no extra protections or laminations. Tactile inks can be produced in every PMS color and printed on any label substrate from papers to films & foils.
Lastly, tactile ink printing can eliminate the need for costly embossing dyes and allow for very fine details with out the registration issues inherent with embossing.
